HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping costs depend on the place of delivery and the number of cartons ordered as follows: 1 CARD 10,00 € 4 CARTONS 28,00 € 8 CARTONS 48,00 € 12 CARTONS 60,00 €


WHEN THE ORDER COMES?

We ship the order within 7 working days from the order confirmation. The estimated delivery date is around 4/5 working days, but may vary depending on the delivery address. Delivery never takes more than 30 working days.

RETURN POLICY

Dreamcare accepts returns at its own expense only in these cases: - the products received are not those ordered; - the products received are damaged; - the products received are defective. In any case, the products will not be replaced if: - returned without the original sealed package - returned more than 30 days from the date of the return request. The return request must be made at: web@sovla.com

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to the art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason and without penalty, within 14 days from receipt of the goods, by sending a written communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Sovla Srl with headquarters in Via Roma Sinistra, 67B, 30016 Jesolo - Venice, specifying the products purchased, the relative order number and the intention to withdraw from the purchase. The costs for the return of the goods, which must occur within 15 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from the contract, are charged to the customer. The right of withdrawal can be exercised only if the goods are perfectly intact in all its parts and not used. Therefore, the returned packages must not have been opened, deprived of the wrapper or parts of the same, nor bear signs of tampering. Sovla Srl is not liable for any damage to the products that occurred during the return shipment of the same. Should Sovla Srl receive returned items damaged or tampered with, it will not refund the amount paid for the purchase of the products.
