GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The following general sales and use conditions apply only to the Italian territory and to all sales provided by Sovla Srl, through its own domain www.coprimaterassimonouso.com. The use of the services is allowed exclusively to a registered user, who has: - having read the Information on the processing of personal data; - accepted the General Conditions; - created a personal account. Pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 70 of 9.4.2003, Sovla Srl notifies users of the following information: the provider of the Services covered by the General Conditions is Sovla Srl, with registered office at Via Meucci, 15 - 30016 Jesolo (VE), Italy, VAT number 00360610273; In this document Sovla Srl will be indicated as Dreamcare which is the hallmark under which it carries out sales activities on the site.

GENERAL AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These General Conditions apply to all sales made by Dreamcare on the site. The General Conditions can be modified at any time, subject to the user's right of withdrawal as follows. Dreamcare also reserves the right not to accept orders from anyone coming, which are abnormal in relation to the quantity of products purchased or the frequency of purchases made on the Site. PRECONTRACTUAL INFORMATION

In accordance with Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 laying down provisions on electronic commerce, Sovla Srl informs the user that: - to conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on the site, the user must complete an electronic order form and send it to Dreamcare, electronically, following the instructions that appear from time to time on the site and that will accompany the different phases of the purchase; - the contract is concluded when Dreamcare records the order form, after verifying the correctness of the order data and payment; - once the order form has been registered, Dreamcare will send the user to the e-mail address indicated a confirmation e-mail containing a summary of the General Conditions, information on the characteristics of the product purchased, a detailed price indication , the means of payment used, the methods for exercising the right of withdrawal, shipping costs and any additional costs, as well as the indication of the assistance service. It is recommended to keep the e-mail received as proof of purchase or to store it on a durable medium; - the order form will be stored in the Dreamcare database for the time necessary to fulfill the order and, in any case, according to the law. To access your order form, the user can consult the "My account -" My orders "section of the Site where you will find the list of all orders placed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

All prices shown on the Site are expressed in Euro (€) and do not include VAT. The contribution to delivery costs is explicitly indicated and includes VAT. This amount will be shown separately on the order form before sending and on the order confirmation e-mail. The user will be charged the price of the product indicated on the Site at the time the order was sent by him. The products will remain the property of Dreamcare until payment of the purchase price and the expenses have been made by the user. Dreamcare will proceed with the purchase order only after receiving confirmation of the authorization to pay the total amount due, consisting of the purchase price, shipping costs and any additional costs, as indicated in the order form.

AVAILABILITY

The products offered on the Site are limited in number and can be sold at discounted prices. It may therefore happen that the ordered product is no longer available after the purchase order has been registered. In any case of unavailability of the ordered product, the user will be promptly informed by e-mail and the purchase order will be canceled. If the payment has already been made, Dreamcare will reimburse the amount paid by the user, including contributions to the order processing and shipping costs, immediately, and in any case within thirty days from the day following the sending of the order. The refund amount will be communicated by e-mail and credited to the same payment method used for the purchase or by bank transfer. Dreamcare declines all responsibility for any delays in crediting, which depend on the bank or the type of credit card used for payment. In any case, the value date of the credited amount will be the same as the debit.

We reserve the right for orders over 12 cartons to contact you to tailor delivery based on your needs.

DELIVERY

Deliveries are made only in Italian territory, the postal dedicated to the user in the order form. Delivery times are those indicated in the Payments and Shipment section of the site, in any case no later than 30 days from the order. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, during office hours, excluding national holidays. In the event of impediments to delivery due to force majeure, Dreamcare cannot be held responsible in any way for any delays due to acts of third parties and / or force majeure. Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the user at the address specified in the order form. In the event that the package shows obvious signs of tampering or alteration, the user must report it via e-mail to the address web@sovla.com and return the goods no later than 30 days from the date the e-mail was sent.

RECESSO

The user has the right to withdraw from the contract, within 14 days from the day on which he is a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good. EFFECTS OF THE WITHDRAWAL

You are responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning the products. If the user withdraws from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments made to us, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery standard offered by us), in the shortest possible time. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the user has expressly agreed otherwise. The right of withdrawal can be exercised only if the goods are perfectly intact in all its parts and not used. Therefore, the returned packages must not have been opened, deprived of the wrapping or parts of the same, nor bear signs of tampering. If Sovla Srl receives returned items damaged or tampered with, it will not refund the amount paid for the purchase of the products.

PAYMENT

All the characteristics of the products, including the sale price, are shown on the site and visible when completing the order before the purchase is completed. All sales prices do not include VAT. Payment for products purchased on the Site is made using the following methods: PayPal whose payments will be processed through a secure connection, advance bank transfer, cash on delivery. Paypal allows you to pay via your credit / debit card or through your Paypal account (rechargeable via bank transfer or credit card / prepaid card). Paypal does not involve any additional cost for the customer. Bank Transfer: Dreamcare also accepts payments by bank transfer. Selecting Bank transfer as payment method at the time of purchase, all credentials will be provided to make the transfer. The purchased products will not be shipped until Dreamcare receives confirmation of the bank transfer. The invoice will be delivered in original together with the purchased products.
